Meeting Search Instructions:
1. Select the desired meeting type from the "Meeting Type" dropdown.  Options are "Regular Meeting", "Special Meeting", and "Special Meeting BOE Election".
2. From the "Meetings Within" dropdown, select a time range search criteria.
      NOTE: Times are relative.  For example, selecting "Next Month" means the next 30 days from today.
3. Click the "GO" button to display all meetings that "fit" in the criteria choices specified above.
4. In the list of agendas that display, select the "white" page icon to view the HTML version of the agenda.  Select the ".pdf" icon to view the agenda in .pdf format.
      NOTE: The HTML agenda version includes links to all agenda items that will view in separate windows. 
               The .pdf version displays as one continuous .pdf document (Adobe Reader required).

Agendas for upcoming meetings are posted by 4 p.m. on the Friday before that meeting. Minutes of board meetings are available in the “Action Items – Consent Grouping” section of a future agenda, usually in the next regularly scheduled board meeting. If you need information about a board meeting prior to December 2006, please email your request to sandy.eicher@bvsd.org.
